Using the correct 101010 errtels you should be easily able to break elemental defence of nixie mobs with BM even with 1200 strength. I've only seen one video of BM using decent errtels (not sure if they have raids) but he was breaking defence in nixie. Pretty sure he is not using good PVM errtels (he does have a video on his channel with 777 errtels, but they are for pvp) and I'm not even sure if he is using it in the video you posted.
